What To Include
- The email address associated with your App Store purchase, if relevant.
- Your device model, iOS version, and Face Plan app version.
- A short description of what happened and the steps that led to it.
- Any screenshots that help explain the issue. Do not send face photos unless we ask.
Subscriptions
Face Plan subscriptions are purchased through Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. For App Store refund requests, use Apple's report a problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data And Deletion Requests
For deletion, access, correction, or privacy questions, email privacy@faceplan.app. Include enough detail for us to locate your request, but avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
