Information We Handle

Face photos you choose to capture or upload for analysis, including the centered face-analysis crop prepared on your device.
Temporary face landmarks detected on your device to center the photo crop. These landmarks are not stored as a separate face template.
Questionnaire answers, goals, concern areas, routine preferences, and app settings.
Analysis results, generated preview images, plan items, and related app content.
The time when you agree to send face-analysis data to OpenAI for AI processing.
Subscription status and purchase information provided by Apple and RevenueCat.
Support messages you send to us, including your email address and issue details.
Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

Face Data And AI Analysis

Face Plan handles face data only for the features you request. Before AI processing starts, the app asks for your permission to send your selected face photo, centered face-analysis crop, goals, and questionnaire answers to OpenAI through the Face Plan Cloudflare backend.

Face data is used to center your photo, generate a realistic preview image, create non-diagnostic face-analysis observations and scores, and build your personalized skincare, grooming, and routine plan. Face Plan does not use face data to identify you, authenticate you, build a face-recognition template, sell advertising, or track you across apps and websites.

How We Use It

To generate your Face Plan analysis, preview image, and personalized routine.
To operate app features such as onboarding, reminders, paywall access, and restore purchase.
To respond to support requests and privacy requests.
To prevent abuse, protect the service, and fix technical problems.
To comply with legal, tax, accounting, and App Store obligations.

Service Providers

Face Plan uses service providers to run the app. Cloudflare provides backend hosting and temporary backend storage. OpenAI provides AI analysis and image generation after you give permission in the app. RevenueCat provides subscription entitlement management, and Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat and Apple do not receive your face photos from Face Plan.

Face Plan sends OpenAI the selected face photo, centered face-analysis crop, goals, and questionnaire answers needed to generate your preview and plan. We do not sell face data, share it for advertising, or allow service providers to use it for their own unrelated purposes. We require service providers to protect information with confidentiality and security measures consistent with the protections described in this policy.

Face Plan sets OpenAI Responses API requests not to be stored for application state. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train OpenAI models and that abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or safety needs.

Storage And Retention

On your device, your selected face photo, generated preview, analysis results, plan, checklist state, and AI-analysis permission timestamp remain until you reset app data, delete the app, or remove the content through device controls.

In the Face Plan backend, uploaded source image bytes are temporary inputs. They expire after 15 minutes if the flow is not completed, and the backend deletes them as soon as preview generation or full analysis completes or fails. Backend analysis job records are short lived and expire after 1 hour.

OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless longer retention is required by law or safety needs. Support messages are retained for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Tracking And Advertising

Face Plan does not sell personal information and does not use your face photo for cross-app advertising tracking.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide a photo, but analysis features require one.
You can manage camera, photo library, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
You can contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or other privacy help.

Children

Face Plan is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
