This policy explains how Face Plan handles information when you use the app and related services.
Information We Handle
- Face photos you choose to capture or upload for analysis.
- Questionnaire answers, goals, concern areas, routine preferences, and app settings.
- Analysis results, generated preview images, plan items, and related app content.
- Subscription status and purchase information provided by Apple and RevenueCat.
- Support messages you send to us, including your email address and issue details.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
How We Use It
- To generate your Face Plan analysis, preview image, and personalized routine.
- To operate app features such as onboarding, reminders, paywall access, and restore purchase.
- To respond to support requests and privacy requests.
- To prevent abuse, protect the service, and fix technical problems.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, and App Store obligations.
Service Providers
Face Plan uses service providers to run the app. These may include Cloudflare for backend hosting, OpenAI or another AI provider for analysis and image generation, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, and Apple for App Store purchases. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Photo Storage And Retention
Uploaded source photos are used for app functionality. The backend stores uploaded image data temporarily, deletes uploaded image bytes after analysis completes or fails, and lets temporary upload records expire if the flow is not completed. Analysis and render job records are also short-lived backend records. Content saved locally on your device remains there until you delete it, reset the app, or remove the app.
Tracking And Advertising
Face Plan does not sell personal information and does not use your face photo for cross-app advertising tracking.
Your Choices
- You can choose not to provide a photo, but analysis features require one.
- You can manage camera, photo library, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
- You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- You can contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or other privacy help.
Children
Face Plan is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
